Not applicable to construction loans, other than State bank of India.
In Plot plus construction loan or composite loan, the offer only applies to the plot and not for the construction.
On Payment confirmation of the applicable processing fees and other applicable fees or insurances proposed by the Banks or NBFC’s wherever applicable.
Offer on Home Loan, 50% on MOD charge of 0.50% of Loan amount and it does not include Registrations charges and Legal documentation charges.
Offer on Mortgage Loan. 100% on MOD charge of 0.50% of Loan amount and it does not include Registrations charges and Legal documentation charges.
This offer does not applies to the customer who get discount, waiver or fail to pay all the applicable fees including processing fee or any other fees or insurance to the Bank or NBFC’s.
Offer payments will be made within 30 Days – 45 Days from the date of submission of applicable documents, MOD and query clearance mail confirmation from the appropriate Banks or NBFC’s.
Terms and conditions on the cash back or Amazon or Flipkart gift card voucher on Business Loans and Amazon or Flipkart gift card voucher on Personal Loans.
Cash back or Gift card voucher will be purely based on the loan amount of Business loan and is the company’s discretion do decide on the same.
